I wanted to buy a high-quality grand piano and have it converted into a player piano. We stopped by BHA and met with Dallas Smith. They had a 1995 Yamaha C6 available at a reasonable price and recommended the QRS player system. The process took about 3-4 weeks. The piano had to be shipped to Cincinnati, outfitted with the PNO system, reassembled, and delivered to my home. Dallas arrived with the installer, who completed the configuration in a few hours. The moment I walked into this store I was greeted with smiles and very friendly people. I initially spoke to a very kind lady there, and then to Dallas, a very nice gentleman. Then I had a chance to meet and talk with Bob Royer. He is such a nice guy with so much knowledge and history of pianos as well at the stores history. I really enjoyed chatting with them.
