I wanted to buy a high-quality grand piano and have it converted into a player piano. We stopped by BHA and met with Dallas Smith. They had a 1995 Yamaha C6 available at a reasonable price and recommended the QRS player system. The process took about 3-4 weeks. The piano had to be shipped to Cincinnati, outfitted with the PNO system, reassembled, and delivered to my home. Dallas arrived with the installer, who completed the configuration in a few hours.
