Called about the guide post bumper kit for a seadoo lift. Picture shows two pvc pipes capped with the foam that slides over the pvc. Foam is covered with a thin material with “Boat Hoist USA” on it. I asked if there were parts not shown in the photo that comes with it. No was the reply. I was shocked they want $230.36 for that! Of course it DOES have their name on it. Horrible experience. Very misleading website. The shipping is free only to your region. You have to find the nearest terminal which was over an hour away. We could t schedule a time and they returned it without asking. Now we’re out 1200 for return shipping

Very disappointed with order handling and communication I placed an order with BH-USA over three weeks ago. Their website states that orders ship the same day, which was a key reason I chose to purchase from them. However, more than three weeks have now passed and my order has still not even been shipped. BH-USA manufactures boat hosts (lifts) but doesn't have or know dealers that instal or service lifts. If someone wants a boat Lift (HOIST) there is no place to go. BH doesn't even know anyone that can install or service a boat lift.
