Placed an order for pick up as the shipping was stating 7 days for hot shot. Called to confirm pick up for the next day. Said they had not started our order and it wouldn’t be ready for a week. They informed me I could cancel my order and re enter it and the items they had in stock could be picked up. --- update (1/31/2025) --- The company made an easy return (paid the return shipping costs and provided the return label), therefore I am bumping up this review from 1 to 3 stars. However, here is the exact timeline: I placed the order on 12/14/2024, with the delivery estimate of 12/20, which was critical to me and the project I was working on. When the bh-usa customer support promise you to ship or deliver your order by certain date(s) - this means nothing. It took multiple calls to find that simple truth. I suggest to avoid this company and use some other reliable supplier.

Bought a motor and it was defective. labeling on internal wiring plate mislabeled. poor quality motor. Only runs in one direction. Its not not the switch. I had 2 and it runs on another motor. I have wired motors for 25 years. Supplier says B&H won't let them do anything. I have to go through warranty process. B&H won't pay shipping for their crap product. So customer gets screwed. I have to buy another one to get boat out of water. Will not be a B&H motor.

Terrible management. Do not work here. Start at minimum wage and not dependable to fulfill hours. Worked here as a new hire on for week and a half before they called me into office to tell me I was doing the order wrong and fired me. No real training, no write ups or correction….made me work an entire day to lay off. Was the only black worker there.
