Very disappointed with order handling and communication I placed an order with BH-USA over three weeks ago. Their website states that orders ship the same day, which was a key reason I chose to purchase from them. However, more than three weeks have now passed and my order has still not even been shipped. BH-USA manufactures boat hosts (lifts) but doesn't have or know dealers that instal or service lifts. If someone wants a boat Lift (HOIST) there is no place to go. BH doesn't even know anyone that can install or service a boat lift.
The fact that I have still not received items that were ordered over 3 weeks ago and both packages have been damaged during shipping is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the 2nd package to be put in a box as the items are almost 4lbs but instead were placed in a yellow envelope yet again and both time the items have been lost in shipping. The simple fact that I have to request it be put in a box in the first place just shows incompetence. Sent me the wrong part needed to fix a boat lift motor this company sells. Refused to make it right. Was unable to speak with supervision, while my boat lift/boat spent unnecessary time in salt water. Recommend taking business elsewhere.
Placed an order for pick up as the shipping was stating 7 days for hot shot. Called to confirm pick up for the next day. Said they had not started our order and it wouldn’t be ready for a week. They informed me I could cancel my order and re enter it and the items they had in stock could be picked up.
