I reached out to Jacob after a different AV guy tried to steer my project in the wrong direction. Jacob listened to me- the customer. Now my screening room is the talk of all my friends. (The other guy wanted me to do 85” OLED saying the room was too small). Instead I have a 133” projector with 2 level seating. He is on time and professional and an expert in his field. I also used him to replace our gate buzzer system and wire outdoor speakers. Thank you so much!
