Absolutely terrible. If I could give zero I would. Worked with Brad at B&H the last 10 years and had THE WORST experience with Kipp. Took forever, raised prices year after year and come to find out he didn't file our taxes properly the year before costing us more money to file. Worst yet, he charged our checking account without authorization. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Kip has done fine work in the past but after working with him on an audit, he has stopped responding to my multiple emails and phone calls. I did everything he asked for but have had no response for well over 2 months. I wish I didn't have to go this route but being non responsive is not helping.
