Our Mum has only lived here a short time but we can already see a positive change in her demeanor. She was very unhappy at the other place she lived in. Don't judge the place on how it looks on the outside, on the inside it's warm, clean and friendly. The staff are fantastic and really care. I've met the owners. very nice ppl and good care
After looking at numerous care homes across Bolton and feeling deflated, we went to BH and instantly new it was the best place for my mother in law. Immaculately clean and the staff and manager are lovely and caring.Its given us total peace of mind to know that she is well looked after and seeing her so happy and relaxed. A warm,caring and lovely environment.Thank you for everything your doing.
