I do not recommend this firm based on my experience. I engaged BGM Family Lawyers for a property settlement matter and was very disappointed with the service, communication and handling of my file. The process was slow at the start, which wasted valuable time. Later, after they had accepted my money and commenced acting, an unexpected requirement for a capacity letter was raised before they would continue taking my instructions.
