Things were great until the new owners came along. Even harder to get ahold of someone and sometimes they are rude. Drivers are normally still good though!
It was great up until a new company took over, now the information I give to book the rides, like pick-up locations and ride times, have been wrong every time. It makes it so I have to call to reschedule rides multiple times.
My driver today was riding peoples asses then started cutting in front of people who were doing the speed limit then they almost hit a car trying to rush that person threw a roundabout
