It was great up until a new company took over, now the information I give to book the rides, like pick-up locations and ride times, have been wrong every time. It makes it so I have to call to reschedule rides multiple times.
My driver today was riding peoples asses then started cutting in front of people who were doing the speed limit then they almost hit a car trying to rush that person threw a roundabout
They are rude, unsafe and have terrible customer service. My worst experience was when one of their drivers told me their cars didn’t have the capability to buckle in my wheelchair bound father, despite us ordering a handicap vehicle. When I point out that’s illegal, it turned out he just didn’t want to bend over to get the buckles.
