Craig terrible to deal with. Doesn’t reply to emails. Doesn’t return calls. Forgets to arrive to meetings. Wish BFX had staff that would oversee Craig because they’d see he’s costing the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost sales.
Absolutely outstanding service in every way possible. The consultant (Royce) was thorough, professional and really understood what the school was all about. The quality of the furniture is of the highest standard and looks great in our new buildings. The communication and follow up was first class.
