If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We lodged our tax return in October of last year with Jodi from this company and she has still not lodged our tax return. I went back to speak to her on several occasions and she was conveniently out of the office every time. She has also been uncontactable by phone. When I finally did speak to her she blamed their system changeover and promised to lodge it again. It still wasn't lodged so we revisited today. Terrible and rude service! First went in to do my tax return and was told the system was down. Left all my personal details including my children and was advised that my return will be done and emailed to me to confirm. Two weeks later, did not hear from them. I rang and had to give my details again as it hadn’t been done. I rang again the following week and was told that it would be done that day - it wasn’t. After 2 months, still waiting for my return to be lodged, have phoned them numerous times, very hard to get hold of anyone. When they do answer the phone, I'm told it will be lodged today or tomorrow. This has happened 6 times, and I still have received nothing.
