I really don’t know how this company is still operating. I have used these people in the past and seemed ok. So I tired to use them again while I’m overseas as I’m familiar with the lady Carol. What an absolute horrible experience I’ve had with her lies and nonsense. For over 2 months whilst oversea I have been in correspondence with her to do my accounts. BFL Tax professionals are no longer operating at this location has a sign on the door and the door is locked, so if your like me and used BFL for your tax don't waste your time going down there. Very disappointing.
Worst experience ever with my tax! I was recommended to see Carol at Smithfied, that was a mistake! 3 months slipped by without seeing my return, had to keep chancing it up and still no return, then came across a notice on door that they’d closed and to go to Westcourt branch. Contacted Shawn at Westcourt and Apparently it was lodged again, and again I called chancing it up multiple times, many calls and emails not answered. What a bunch of frauds , taken money , nothing done cant even contact them to get my documents from their office. Can someone help us to get my documents back as we are needing all the information for a purchase on a house. No one answers phone and all offices are shut. Hiw do we report thus to authorities
