Did my return for 2022, still haven't received my payment April 2024 and have called several times but still nothing, go somewhere else!
Worst experience ever with my tax! I was recommended to see Carol at Smithfied, that was a mistake! 3 months slipped by without seeing my return, had to keep chancing it up and still no return, then came across a notice on door that they’d closed and to go to Westcourt branch. By far the most unprofessional service I have used In FNQ. At my first appointment I was asked if I'd like a up front discounted rate to have my returns lodged immediately which I thought was great. Two days later myGov was still showing my returns had not been lodged so I questioned the process and was told it had been sent off to be lodged.
