Very very rude girl in phone I won’t be going to store
Just called to check on a price and asked about chair to a couch , 1000 dollars more than other places for exact couch . Crazy and girl in phone very rude
We know that BFJ & E.R. Brown Furniture is the place to go for beautiful furniture. The young blonde lady that assisted us was so nice. It's owned by the same family. We had looked before at their leather Flexsteel brand & my husband liked the 3 piece: sofa, loveseat, & recliner. We bought it in brown. They have leather in burgundy too. I'm happy to support W. Frankfort's economy. They haven't delivered it yet as we have a lot of things to get in place.
