Truck drivers - after you go in the main entrance, there's a service drive to your left. Take that all the way to the back and you'll see trailers with BFG on them.
I sat on the dock 4 1/2 hours waiting to get unload. Arrived at 08:15 Tuesday morning. Had 10 pallets to unload. I was the only truck at the docks for over an hour. I don’t recommend delivering to this place.
I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but unfortunately due to a recent experience I have no other choice. I have given the company multiple chances to make this right, but they have continued on a downward spiral of negligence and excuses. I originally chose BFG to purchase a greenhouse because I thought a businessthat has been in the grower supply business would be more reputable thangetting something ff line. Overnight parking? Yes Friendly people? Yes Fast unloading? Yes
The service is pretty bad. The people answering the phones don't know when you're going to get your packages and rush you off the phone. I would have really appreciated an update or tracking and now i have missed my package exactly when i needed it.
