Incompetence at an unprecedented level. Update to a new system so down for a couple days. No online banking and 1/2 hour hold time to talk to someone. Direct deposit paycheck not in there, nobody can tell me anything about that. MY credit card balance doubled because somehow an old account I closed in 2015 just got added back to my existing credit account. Finally able to try and log into new online banking and need 2 factor authentication but the only phone number comes up is from 20 years ago, I've been up there 10 times o... read more
Terrible communication. Good luck getting a hold of anyone and when you do you'll get put in hold for 15 minutes.

Helping my girlfriend buy a car and used BFG for financing, friends always recommended and for good reason! We needed very quick accommodations and Derek was the goat and took care of us very well and very promptly to given the amount of time we had to get everything sorted out, will never finance anywhere else and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same!
