We have patiently waited for 2 1/2 months our order to came in. We were called on Monday that our order was in, scheduled for Thursday delivery. Received a call today that because they had so many sales over the weekend, that we needed to bump us to Friday. Question - should someone that has waited 2 1/2 months be before a recent purchase? New salesman????
This company is deceitful and dishonest . When I bought my bed I was told the upholstery was real leather. I recently took it to have it reupholstered and was told that it is not leather but some type of cheap bonded material. I looked at my receipt and the description says "TG Leather Bed". I googled "TG Leather" and that is a standard industry designation for Top Grain Leather. I emailed BF Myers repeatedly before I finally got a response.
