We purchased the Colorado 6 door 3 metre robe + the coco contemporary dressing table to match to create a walk in wardrobe room and we’re delighted with the end result. Sales and delivery staff were very knowledgable about the products and handled all our queries politely and professionally.
First timer ordering from here and god I wish I had read some of these reviews beforehand. I ordered a garden set. Only the chairs were delivered. I only found out why the table wasn’t by calling and emailing multiple times. The table wasn’t in stock apparently - fair enough. Told it would arrive at some point. No timescale given. If I could give 0 stars I would, Terrible customer service. Last night I ordered a lamp and used a 5% discount code and paid for my order. This morning I was called and told that the 5% code I had used was only for garden furniture and I would need to pay the remaining £4.30 I was so shocked by this and said I could just use a new customer discount code instead. The lady then said she would call me back. I was called back and told I would still need to pay, I said how ridiculous this was and that they need to sort out this d... read more
