Really great items, obviously free parking and plenty of it. Helpful but not pushy staff.
The wife and I called into bf Home yesterday with a view to buying a new double bed. We were blown away by an FF6504 Winged Button 4ft 6 Double Ottoman bed and headboard, so much, we bought two. In the past the spare room normally receives the second hand bed but not on this occasion. We paid in full with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Excellent Service and Stunning Products! We've visited the Norwich store several times now and almost always come away with something. The service has been consistently outstanding—friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Staff are always happy to offer advice or simply let you browse at your own pace. Delivery times are exactly as promised, and the delivery and installation team are fantastic—punctual, efficient, tidy, and respectful of our home. A truly seamless experience from start to finish.
We purchased the Colorado 6 door 3 metre robe + the coco contemporary dressing table to match to create a walk in wardrobe room and we’re delighted with the end result. Sales and delivery staff were very knowledgable about the products and handled all our queries politely and professionally.
First timer ordering from here and god I wish I had read some of these reviews beforehand. I ordered a garden set. Only the chairs were delivered. I only found out why the table wasn’t by calling and emailing multiple times. The table wasn’t in stock apparently - fair enough. Told it would arrive at some point. No timescale given.
