Had 2 chairs upholstered. The chairs turned out good, but not how we ordered. When I asked the person that upholstered them, she said she was never told how to do them, so she did them how she thought. I asked her several times and she kept repeating that she was told NOTHING. When I asked Woody, the owner and the person that I placed the order with, he said he told her and she said she couldn't do it.
