Facilities are everything you could ever want and more. Darcey my treating physio has an abundance of knowledge and a friendly personality to go with it.
I enjoyed a relaxation massage with Maddy. The room was lovely, with beautiful aromatherapy. Maddy is a natural masseuse and I felt very relaxed afterward.
I had remedial massage by the lovely Lisa and she was amazing! She could see how my body was sitting and could advise what was causing my lower back pain. Would recommend to family and friends.
I had a remedial massage today. It was just what I needed. She focused on my shoulders and back and really got into the knots. I will definitely be back. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend
I recently joined Total Fusion at Springfield nervously, as gyms and me don't usually mix! I have joined other gyms previously, and then after the first week I never went back! TF has flipped my bad relationship with gyms around, and I have been going at least once a day (sometimes twice) since starting!
