They need to change their open hours of operation to reflect that Saturday's are by appointment only so people don't drive for an hour+ one way to find that they are not open 9-5 like it showed on Google. We won't buy from them now due to this oversight on their part.
I have never called a company for a repair that supposedly specializes in the generator you own, to have them charge you a service call of $175, then tell you he refuses to work on your generator ( because he can’t figure out what’s wrong ). He then keeps our $175 and tells us he wouldn’t refund it. We proceeded to call another company who came out and in less then 5 minutes had it up and running without dismantling anything and charged nothing because it was under warranty.
