I was having so much pain in my knees that it was difficult to enjoy my daily walks with my dog. My walks were shorter and slower and painful. The ortho I went to suggested either cortisone injections or surgery, but I didn't want neither one. I wanted something long term and not surgery. I went to see John at Beyond Stem Cells a year ago. Well, when I first went to John at beyond stem cells, I thought I was going for something totally different. John was very inviting, and we sat down and started to talk. I had taken my daughter with me, and it was a good thing I did because when I heard how much I looked at my daughter and shook my head no.
