The worst customer service I have ever seen. I paid for 3 treatments. After one I was not happy so I asked for my deposit back. I was laughed at and told no, that I must to have further treatments with them because they dont care about to give me that my money back. I have never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against at a reception. Still hasn't given me my money back, they are simply thieves. The matter has been forwarded to a solicitor.
The staff were so pleasant and welcoming.i definitely will be back.
