While visiting from out of town, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed an air sauna session followed by a salt cave session. The owner is a wonderful woman who took ample time to better explain the benefits of the air sauna versus the water sauna to me via phone weeks before coming in, which I truly appreciated. I visited this Spa twice in the past month and thoroughly enjoyed my experience both times. The Spa is so calm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated throughout. Their staff is friendly and helpful and taught me, a first time sauna user, what to do in the sauna along with the benefits. The first time I visited, I attended a sound bath in the salt cave.
