Deceptive business. Employee at store said opposite of what their return policy says only on their website (conveniently enough). Nothing about returns is on the receipt. They're return policy: Only items in new condition, in the original packaging, with original tags are eligible for returns or exchanges Employee said try them and if they don't work out return them by 14 days. Been here many times over the years and I can say they consistently have the best service and the best quality shoes you can find anywhere.

Had an awesome experience at Beyond Running! I’ve always been loyal to one brand, but Luke took the time to understand my preferences and showed me a few other great options. His knowledge and no-pressure approach helped me find the perfect fit even in a brand I hadn’t considered before. I highly recommend this store and I look forward to clocking in the miles in my new (obnoxiously colored) Saucony shoes!
