Horrible In Vancouver Wa. We had one of their drivers (female) come to our medical facility. Not only were they late picking up patient, they went to wrong location and then blamed us. They didn't get out of car to assist patient who was in wheel chair under anesthesia affects. They were rude to us and accoording to patient the driver was agitated and still cussing our facility, threatening to Go back and harm the person who wheeled the patient out. Excellent service!!! We contacted Beyond Ride last minute at 11:00 pm. We were stranded after airline issues. They pulled some strings and weee able to get my father from SeaTac to the hotel and back! Thank you team at Beyond Ride!!
