I am so thankful that I went to see Linnea for my postpartum recovery. I had extemely bad back pain from delivery and she was patient and listened to my concerns to really understand what was driving the pain. She put together the right care plan for me to get me walking comfortably again and on track to exercising fully. I felt very well taken care of, and will be connecting with her again for any future PT needs. Couldn't recommend her enough!! Great experience.
So here I am, about to go on a very active vacation to Alaska in a few weeks and I don't think I'd be able to pull this off without Dr. Linnea's help. Everything was terrible a few months ago, but with her help and encouragement, I was able to start undoing the damage caused by a lifetime of sitting like a pretzel and a very difficult pregnancy and recovery. Dr. Linnea is so knowledgeable about how the body works, but she's also very personable and friendly. Love that she does home visits too!
Linnea is wonderful to work with. She really takes the time to understand you through a comprehensive assessment. She is a great communicater. I have learned so much valuable information about how my body is working and how to correct it. The knowledge I am gaining allows me to feel confident in my ability to continue to improve and maintain the improvements even after treatment. Linnea also makes you feel comfortable and that you are in good hands
