Dr. Dobson is an absolutely incredible physical therapist, highly recommend. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and needs. I love how he asks if there’s anything specific that I’d like to work on and has a great and challenging program of his own. If you’re in the Nampa area— I would check out Beyond Physical Therapy and Performance 100%!
I was struggling with a frozen shoulder for almost a year. When I finally got to the point where I could move without extreme pain, I was faced with discomfort from not moving so long, lack of mobility, and muscle weakness. From the start, his communication was excellent—he really took the time to explain what was going on and how we were going to fix it. What I appreciated most was his balance between hands-on treatment and pushing me to take ownership of my rehab.
