I first saw Dr. Lindsay at Beyond Physical Therapy a little over a month ago because the muscles around my neck and shoulders are always super tight and I would have pain whenever I would workout my right shoulder. I have been receiving dry needling treatment, which has been fantastic. There are times when it's very uncomfortable, but the next day I always feel awesome.
