This shop is absolutely amazing. I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could. My mom and I went to get e-bikes and I've never had a better experience buying something. Other reviews have mentioned how Andrew, the owner, is very knowledgeable about e-bikes, which he very much is and he only sells bikes he knows he can trust. Great place to feel no pressure while shopping for an e-bike. I just bought different two Aventon models from Beyond Bikes. The first one I took home the same day and the 2nd I picked up after it was delivered and assembled. Both e-bikes were assembled impeccably! Andy runs a great store and is great source of information to allow you to make the right choice. Never buying an e-bike from anywhere else.
Great experience at this shop, the owner helped me decide on the right bike and was patient and thorough in explaining all the options when I described what I was looking for. I’m grateful for his expertise and definitely recommend him to my family and friends who are in the market for an e-bike.
