I wish I could give 0 stars. I was so excited to get a facial in preparation for my wedding, but this experience was an absolute disaster. I booked an appointment online through Beyond Beauty, and it was confirmed—not just once, but again the night before. I even drove 45 minutes to the location, only to find out that the esthetician no longer works there! No one reached out to inform me of this. My skin feels amazing after 3 glass skin treatments w Maddy. Every time she customize different masks for my skin needs. 10/10 recommend!!! The room is clean and smell lovely too.
Amazing!!! First off, there is plenty of parking in the location. When you first approach the building, it is your first right as soon as you open the doors! I loved how passionate the esthetician was regarding my skin! She asked me what my short term and long term goals were for my skin and she was very thorough in explaining what each item was that she applied to my face! Maddy is amazing. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows! I felt the need to start truly taking care of my skin (I’m only getting older!) It took a while for me to move forward, but the price is worth it! I trust that my skin is in good hands. Thank you Maddy!
