Genuinely the worst bank ive ever used took me 2 weeks to be able to transfer money and actually spend my money, the phone line is terrible said wait time was 20 minutes i waited 1:30hours and didnt get a call back took me 3 hours to get a hold of someone then when i finally got ahold of someone they sighed and hung up on me. Also on top of all of that they closed my account which had 300$ in it and refused to let me get the funds back online and proceeded to tell me to drive 4 hours to my nearest branch, i cant access anyth... read more
A very disappointing experience with Beyond Bank Chatswood. Despite being told by the central customer support team that I could go to this branch at any time to handle PoE access to my elderly father’s account, I was greeted rudely by a man saying I would need to come back in at least one hour to process my request. He was completely uninterested in helping me. Won’t be going back there again
Amazing service and help from the Manger Mike. Being high school students and doing an investigation, he was not obligated to help us but did in a nice and patient way. We are all thankful for his insight and so incredibly grateful for him for taking so much time out of his day to guide us with our questions. Highly recommend talking to Mike.
Pathetic customer service by lending team, no courtesy to return emails or respond over call. After submitting all documents and waiting for two weeks with email follow up. they responded saying the application documents are not received by them with lame excuse that IT team filtered them.
I tried calling the bank respectfully and said, "Hi, I was wondering what your credit card limit is?" and Mickayla (the customer service assistant) instantly hung up. We called her two more times and she sighed and hung up. She then transfers me to a different person who was respectful and listened to what I had to say.
