Very courteous and helpful. On the phone at head office the banker went above and beyond (😁) for us to sort out our business and SMSF in a short span of time when we were under enormous pressure. I felt they were someone I could relay on, more than any other bank I have put money into Nab; ANZ; Commonwealth; and definitely better than PN Bank. These guys are organised IME.

The staff person appeared to have been got out of retirement. She didn't know or care about recent account changes. Her manner was that of a stubborn grandmother. No cash at this branch, ATM gone. Customers cannot draw cash.
