Jake at Beyond Bank Tuggeranong was incredible to work with. He explained home lending options and set measurable goals with regular check ins. I’d recommend to go to Jake for all your bank needs!
I took my intellectually disabled brother in here for some assistance and was greeted by Leon. Leon was a little rough around the edges but a very very very nice and helpful man who couldn’t do enough to help my brother and I, he was patient and polite and made sure everything we needed was taken care of before we left.
Seems it near impossible to be able to contact the branch. Not sure why they can’t have a direct phone number available instead of the stupid 13 number where you have to wait for hours.
