I visited this branch today and was disappointed with the experience. There was no one at the counter, and although there were staff in the office area, no one acknowledged that I was waiting or came over to assist. After waiting for some time without any help, I ended up taking my business to another bank. Customer service at this branch seems to have declined over the past few years.
I had a really good experience at the Belconnen mall branch. The personal banker who assisted me was extremely accomadating to my access needs and very polite, respectful, welcoming and helpful. He even remembered me the next week and suggested a low sensory room without me having to ask.
