I love this bank, it is what the rest of the banks USED to be like. Personal touch, great service, and when you call their landline, you actually talk to the branch itself, not some call centre. Great job, I'm never going back to the big 4.
I know it was the Xmas period (before xmas) , I left 3 voicemails and an email to seek finance. Didn't get any replys, you guys just lost a hell of a lot of business. Gone from ANZ to CBA now.
