I was very very disappointed today with a new teller. The person was not helpfully at ALL. I've been with Beyond Bank for over 30 years. What I found the new teller was badly trained and not their fault but the fault of Beyond Bank who trained the person. Don't throw young/New staff to the wolves unless they know what they need to do.
