We are Pinnacle members. we asked for a lower interest rate on our home loan because it was high interest compared with other banks. We were told to get a lower litrest rate. We would have to pay another $350 every year for the duration of our loan for the privilege. We moved banks, got a lower rate,and have no annual fees. Obviously, they don't care about the people, only the profit
