After the hassle of dealing with small mortgage brokers, we found Theo at Beyond Bank to be amazing. He was communicative, informative and quick. With other brokers there would be long stretches of radio silence, but Theo called and updated me every step of the way. It only took a bit over a week from first enquiring online to pre-approval.
