Can only find my old Google account to post from. The team at the Mount Barker branch are fantastic and have never let me down. Jacinta was effective and efficient and you really knew she wanted to get it done for you. Previously I believe I had been looked after by Jessica (apologies if wrong person) and she too was fantastic! As a life member they have always served me well
I called in to beyond bank mt barker new years eve. The girl that served me was so helpful ,friendly & polite. I think her name was Elle . So nice to be treated like that .10/10
I had Jessica helping me through the whole process of my car loan. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as it was my first time getting a loan, she always kept me updated on the progress and was quick when sending any details/payment through. Jess made the whole experience stress free and simple.
Made an appointment to see a person at the Mt Barker Branch and when arriving, was told that the person that I am having an appointment with does not exist. When calling the bank later to ask question, I was told the person is here now to see me. Why does your staff not know who works for your business?
