I called in to beyond bank mt barker new years eve. The girl that served me was so helpful ,friendly & polite. I think her name was Elle . So nice to be treated like that .10/10
I had Jessica helping me through the whole process of my car loan. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as it was my first time getting a loan, she always kept me updated on the progress and was quick when sending any details/payment through. Jess made the whole experience stress free and simple.
Made an appointment to see a person at the Mt Barker Branch and when arriving, was told that the person that I am having an appointment with does not exist. When calling the bank later to ask question, I was told the person is here now to see me. Why does your staff not know who works for your business?
