Been with Beyond Bank for about 10 years now and I don't expect I'll ever change. Their hours are convenient, the website works great, the fees are low and the customer service is top shelf. Today Alice and Jodie in the Victor Harbor branch helped me sort out some technical issues (some security stuff was tricky because I live overseas). They were super smart in how they navigated it and they got me back on my feet again in a flash. Very glad this bank exists.
Today Fri 26/9 I visited the Beyond Bank Victor Harbour Branch to sort out some of my Retirement funds. I was helped out by a young lady by the name of Frances. It has been a very long time since I have I have been treated as a special individual and she did exactly that. It was a very stressful day until I got the help I needed. I have been a Manager for most of my working life and I know the importance of loyal staff, so once again thankyou Frances
WOW! What breathe of fresh air to be treated like a person instead of a number ( unlike other bank's I won't name ). Alice was so incredibly helpful, lovely young lady who made it such a refreshing change as did her co Worker. It was so nice to be greeted with beautiful smiles and helpful staff to everyone who walked in. Thank you Beyond Bank Staff in Victor Central. What a pleasure .
Recently Bendigo bank decided to change banking arrangements in Victor Harbor the new arrangements were sadly lacking and customer service became non existent ! Time for a change ! I walked into the Beyond Bank Victor Harbor and met Jessica a beaut young lady ! Bright knowledgeable and knew her products, Jessica couldn’t do enough, she assisted in swapping over the accounts to Beyond, sorted out internet banking, set up the app on my phone etc!
