So hard to deal with. Change opening times for staff training, maybe do that out of hours or skeleton staff during hours. 9-4 is hard enough to get to.
So disappointed ! I have been with this branch for 5 years and always found the staff very helpful . I enquired about a home loan online and was spoken to like I was a nuisance so thought I would go into the branch at Seaford to make enquiries . The young male teller told me I would need to wait for another staff member who was on the phone then asked to see my member card and drivers licence to check on me. Just got my Life Member Newsletter and CEO suggested write a review. Well recently re-negotiated mortgage and the "Life Member" rate quoted by rude staff was way more than competitors and the fees were higher too, must rely on customers not shopping around. Branch not open Saturday mornings (was when I joined) but Marion is ???.
Fantastic staff at Seaford. Very helpful and friendly.
