Just got my Life Member Newsletter and CEO suggested write a review. Well recently re-negotiated mortgage and the "Life Member" rate quoted by rude staff was way more than competitors and the fees were higher too, must rely on customers not shopping around. Branch not open Saturday mornings (was when I joined) but Marion is ???.

I rang the seaford branch. I spoke the a person called Brooklyn. Extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 for great service 🙂 beyond bank has great customer service. Most people have had enough of the big banks. A branch in pt pirie would be wonderful & would be supported. Beyond bank needs to expand.
