not very happy at all can't use the automated system ,when people ring me back they sound like they've just taking a Valium and have no idea what theyre talking about and for some reason you take longer than any other bank to transfer money. I'm sitting here broke with my money in cyberspace because you haven't got the same technology other Banks do and again your staff are less than helpful when I try to find out how long it's going to take .definitely time to change banks its all good being nice and friendly but we want ac... read more
