father lives at Bexton Place and I see a lot of young people during the day that are supposed to be providers doing nothing sometimes I don’t know who is the provider and who is the resident which I understand these providers get paid from the government and us tax payers are being deducted from our pay check for them just to sit around and do nothing. If you’re planning to move your loved one here just beware. Play plenty of pictures and keep all your records. Video records for evidence of harassment from management. This company is base of of California so good lucky getting a hold of someone who actually cares. The manager and maintenance worker are married so that in itself something HR need to looks ( favoritism) . Had bad experience with Joann Montelongo who thinks she's better than anyone else. She mistreats all the tenants and has caused the tenant to get sick.She also talks rude to the providers.She wants to tell providers to clean more than they're supposed to.She has one her tenants name Robert Aguirre working free labor when he is not supposed to.
