I have been here on numerous occasions and every visit is exceptional great service. My last two visits - one with Angie and the other with Melissa, were both phenomenal services (provided). Both ladies were professional, respectful, kind, and efficient. I cannot thank these two ladies enough for taking care of me and my documents in an exemplary manner. Again, thank you Angie and Melissa (and Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector office).

If I could give zero stars, I would. To the old lady with white hair & glasses, if you hate your job so much, get a new one. You’re the absolute worst person I’ve spoken to this year. You’re the least helpful person on all of Bandera Rd. which is strange because your literally job is customer service.
Wow!! On a day when most are trying to get renewals. Out of 17 booths, only 6 have workers! It's 2 pm on July 1st!! Line so long. No seats available. Ughhhhhh.
I've been to this location when the line was out the door and went home with a couple of completed title transfers and a new registration in under an hour. I got no complaints,,, well other than the money part.
