If I could give zero stars, I would. To the old lady with white hair & glasses, if you hate your job so much, get a new one. You’re the absolute worst person I’ve spoken to this year. You’re the least helpful person on all of Bandera Rd. which is strange because your literally job is customer service.
Wow!! On a day when most are trying to get renewals. Out of 17 booths, only 6 have workers! It's 2 pm on July 1st!! Line so long. No seats available. Ughhhhhh.
I've been to this location when the line was out the door and went home with a couple of completed title transfers and a new registration in under an hour. I got no complaints,,, well other than the money part.
I cannot imagine looking at the documents these folks do all day long. Imagine all the same questions. They help you with the forms and get you out as quick as they can
