Very professional and friendly Highly recommend.
Mixed feelings. Medical Staff were kind and nice, but Reception Team were quite unprofessional. Of the two there that day, one girl in particular was quite cold and impolite; even pointedly being passive aggressive in remarks when I made a small mistake. Later, she was behind the counter, slouched back in her chair scrolling through social media whilst the other receptionist worked.
