Very professional and friendly Highly recommend.
Mixed feelings. Medical Staff were kind and nice, but Reception Team were quite unprofessional. Of the two there that day, one girl in particular was quite cold and impolite; even pointedly being passive aggressive in remarks when I made a small mistake. Later, she was behind the counter, slouched back in her chair scrolling through social media whilst the other receptionist worked. I was told by other doctors I was fine, but went to this place and they were right on the money. Long story short I had Carpel Tunnel, that only them and specialists picked up on and not your ordinary doctor. 👍🏽
