I am an aging, competitive runner. Twice in the past 10 years, I developed joint pain that lingered for months. Rest only seemed to make it worse. Then Kristin at BeWell PT helped identify and treat my joint mobility problems. Both times, the pain went away completely and never came back!
Kristen helped me get my mobility back after months of other back treatments had failed. She was patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. Kristen has a passion for her profession and it shows!
My love for running started in 1975. For all practical purposes it was a daily 5 mile high I loved, until February 2025. Somehow I damaged my calf muscle and everything came to a screeching halt. Christi does a fantastic job and I have made great progress in my rotator cuff post surgery recovery!
Kristin played a crucial role in helping me stay on the court this season. I had a back injury that she was quickly able to turn around so I could play. This was my senior season and I couldn't be more grateful for what she did to help me. I would recommend Kristin to anyone in need of working through an injury.
