OMG - I can't believe she is still in business. I paid her to file paperwork back in 2010 and she never filed it. Not to mention she stages her office like she is gone on vacation so it's hard to track her down to get a refund of services never performed. She only shows up for appointments that she screens. I had to act like a new client in order to confront her face to face to demand a refund a year later. Anyhow, go to North Valley Paralegal they really too care of me at the last minute.
Mimi is a complete liar! Walked in her office asked if she could simply file some forms with the court as i live out of town, Paid her up front for services and then she never completed or even attempted to submit forms. When i do get her on the phone she gives a story about a death in the family or some sort of sickness. Mimi is not to be trusted and will take your money and not perform the service
She doesn't follow through only takes your money
Best paralegal around. Known her for 9 years, she did my divorce and prepared a trust for me. My son is using her right now.
