Staff NOT at all helpful. (Big guy w/ beard), extremely UNknowledgable and unable to answer even simple questions about common wine, or their OWN inventory (pretty bad when you are IN the store & have to Google to get basic answers, because clerk has "no clue"...).
talk about service!! you will get it here from Shout out to Michael and April. Michael went out of his way to see if another store had an item I was looking for. April was kind enough to check me out with a friendly and kind attitude. It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days and these two have it in spades.
