Went for a meet and greet with Ian Somerhalder today and the staff was incredible! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made sure we knew the rules and what to expect before getting to the doors. Ok selection, ok customer service
I am livid. I was told by a friend that they had Fortaleza so I called to confirm ask them to put it on hold 20 minutes later showed up to the store to purchase it. Also found out they had Blanco and reposado so my boyfriend wanted to buy the repo while I wanted the blanco and was told only one per customer. I said well we were doing separate transactions and were REFUSED service.
