I had a very unpleasant experience at BevMo because of one of the employees. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was a tall white male. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I greeted him politely, and he didn’t even acknowledge or respond. His attitude toward customers was cold, dismissive, and disrespectful, making it seem like helping customers was a burden to him. Chris and Bella were so incredibly kind and helpful! I needed to get last minute supplies for a party and they helped me find everything I needed so quickly! They were both extremely knowledgeable, especially about what kind of taps to use for a keg and the best wine openers! They even helped me carry 200 lbs of ice to my car! Thank you so much Chris and Bella!
