This store went downhill really fast recently. I’ve been picking up orders from here for a while now as a delivery driver. I don’t know what’s changed recently, shortage of personal, or whatever but the customer service is just absent here now. They ignore you as if you didn’t exist, won’t open the door even tho you can hear them walking and talking behind. When they don’t ignore you, they are rude and unprofessional. Bevmo used to have amazing service prior to go puff. The employees at this place go out of their way to not help you. I've had about 7 classic bad experiences in a row to a comical citcom level. It's also really hard to order pick up here.
