I'm giving only two stars, but honestly, the service deserves one. I'm a regular customer because I buy and drink a lot of Martinelli's apple cider, and those bottles are heavy. However, they don't let customers take their carts out to the parking lot, and they don't have the courtesy to help us with those heavy bottles. So, instead of buying a dozen bottles, we've decided to buy half a dozen or fewer whenever we can. Why sell heavy bottles if they can't offer a cart or someone to carry them to the car? Had called to see if they had a specific brand and the staff member was nice and even checked to see if the item was in stock.

Went in on a Friday to buy some tequila for the weekend I saw the delivery truck out front went to ask one of the managers if they got any allocations he said no but when paying I heard the employees excited for the allocations they got. I was upset to say the least regret buying from this location very upsetting. Been purchasing my liquor from here just upsetting this BevMo keeps there allocations private to friends only not costumers.
